Abstract

A research and development licence permits you to possess, produce, transport, send, or deliver cannabis between sites, for the purposes of research, that are authorized by the licence. You are permitted to sell cannabis plants or seeds to a cultivator, another researcher, cannabis drug licence holders, the Minister, or exemption holder.
