Time is running out to register in the Good Sanitation Practices, Requirements and Regulations – Food and Pharma workshop!

On January 28, Instructor Pirouz Yousefian will provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to evaluate and inspect the sanitary status of food/pharma plants. The workshop is particularly designed to provide strong understanding of the applicable Health Canada Regulations, GMPs and industry best practices. The course covers an introduction to hygienic practices, regulatory requirements for sanitation programs and modern sanitation practices in food and pharma processing facilities.
